Provides framework and templates for Quality of Service (QoS), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Key Quality Indicator (KQI) reporting. The reports are based on xDR data stored as flat files or in SQL databases. Both STINGA and 3rd-party monitoring systems are supported. This solution is suitable both as Business and Operations Support System (BSS & OSS).

A centralized multi-user network monitoring system based on one or more distributed monitoring probes connected to a Central Server. 3rd-party monitoring probes are also supported.
A multi-interface monitoring probe based on Linux. One single probe can monitor one or more TDM and Ethernet (optical and electrical) interfaces in parallel, and generate Call/Transaction/IP Detail Records (CDR/TDR/IPDR) as well as real-time protocol streaming.
