The technical consultancy covers areas related to interconnect assistance and general network troubleshooting as well as Gateway/PBX testing. Utel Systems can as an objective third party provider; offer you internationally recognised signalling know-how and do hands on fieldwork using our senior engineers equipped with our IP/ISDN/SS7 instruments.
Utel Systems offers both active and passive systems to monitor and test QoS and network performance. With this being our basis we have build up competence to offer consultancy services for strategy, implementation and operation of QoS and SLA regimes. There is a close relation between QoS and SLA in the sense that a QoS system is required to verify values as specified in the SLA. An efficiently working QoS system and SLA regime is an important element to achieve customer satisfaction and success in the evolving market.
For a best possible result of using telecommunication test instruments, some technical background or skills are necessary. We do offer (and strongly recommend) training, either at our open courses or at the customer site. The different courses that we offer are:
