Tele2 Norge AS signs a contract on Network Quality Reports (NQR)Drammen (Norway), June 20th, 2001: Tele2 Norge, the operator with the largest private subscriber base next to Telenor, signs a contract on Utel System’s product NQR. Tele2 has chosen the NQR subscription package called "Silver", providing them with weekly quality reports at a fixed monthly fee.
Tele2 Norge focuses on quality for their subscribers, and uses the reports to monitor and verify the user perceived quality of their services. The reports provide information on key parameters such as call setup time, availability and successful call ratio.
