Enitel signs a contract on Network Quality Reports (NQR)Drammen (Norway), April 2nd, 2001: Enitel, one of the largest operators in the Norwegian telecom market, signs a contract on Utel System’s product NQR. Enitel has chosen the NQR subscription package called Gold, providing them with daily quality reports at a fixed monthly fee. Further Enitel has chosen to implement a number of remote test units exclusively in their own network to obtain maximum utilisation of the system.
The major part of Enitel’s customer base consists of quality concerned business customers. Enitel uses NQR as a tool to monitor and improve the quality in their network, and thereby offer better service and performance to their customers.
