UQoS INSIGHT offers real-time alarms and reports

Drammen (Norway), May 13^th, 2003: Utel Systems has delivered their system "UQoS INSIGHT" to the Norwegian incumbent Telenor and have now developed new, extended functionality for real-time alarms and reports.

The new functionality is developed and firstly implemented in the international version of UQoS INSIGHT. The division in Telenor trading with international traffic and capacity now have a very powerful and efficient reporting tool which assists them in increasing revenues and reducing cost. The alarms and reports are focusing on quality parameters in traffic and traffic routes - to both customers and providers. With the new functionality their organisation can react immediately if they discover changes in the quality which will have effect on traffic income. Hence both costs can be reduced and traffic revenues increased.
