Telenor Business Solutions deploys Utel Systems' LMS reporting system UQoS INSIGHT for troubleshooting and QoS reporting

Drammen (Norway), March 6^th, 2003: Utel Systems has delivered their system "UQoS INSIGHT" to Telenor's business division, formally known as "Telenor Link".

Telenor Business Solutions have developed and deployed advanced solutions for IN (Intelligent Network) services. The requirements for monitoring the quality and capacity are high. These requirements are met by UQoS INSIGHT which also offer functionality for error detection and analysis. Telenor Business Solution also foresee the need for new functionality in the future which can be quickly implemented and the solution from Utel Systems is a flexible and highly modular and adaptive system.

In addition to meeting these requirements, Telenor appreciated Utel Systems experience and know-how within the field including their experience of delivering customers specific solutions.
