Utel Systems was founded in September 1998. The technology and products have been developed for a period of 10 years within Telenor, the major Norwegian telecommunication carrier. The company is focusing on providing their customers with a combination of telecom know-how, price efficient products and systems, on-site training/assistance and fast access to expert support. The products and services are therefore all built on a solid platform of signalling know-how. This platform is continuously strengthened through tight hands on interrelations with the largest customers.
